The Gardens at Buckingham Place is a structured care program specifically designed for those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer, dementia or other related memory impairments.
Our mission at The Gardens is to meet the individual needs of each resident, while encouraging as much independence as possible. What makes this environment so unique is its specialized programs, activities and caring atmosphere, all of which have been designed exclusively for those living with memory impairments. We pride ourselves on personal attention that ensures each resident is living life with dignity and respect.

Caregiver Support Group
We work closely with family members and friends to help them better understand memory impairment disorders and their characteristic behaviors. This allows everyone involved to better understand the illness and better cope with these very difficult circumstances.
