Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is available at Buckingham Place through The Rehabilitation Center to help residents regain strength and increase their mobility:
Increase balance and independence with activities of daily living.- Consults with resident for walkers, canes or any other durable medical equipment.
- Apartment and bathroom safety assessment.
- Medicare Part B and other insurance is accepted.
The Rehabilitation Center's professional staff provides ongoing assessments and educates residents about apartment safety and fall prevention by showing proper ways of maneuvering when doing tasks, such as entering a car properly or rising from a bed or chair.
The Rehabilitation Center at Buckingham Place is open to the public as well as residents.
